It seems like we hit the summer slump in July already as there hasn’t been much going on. But don’t panic a few short edits have dropped. This month’s skate journey takes us around the world, to Spain, and the US.
First up Ragnaroll dropped an edit of his Skate World Tour. In the past years he visited Lisbon, Bilbao, San Diego, Los Angeles, Bali, London, and Singapore. It’s in parts a prommo for his first Chaya pro model. That’s why we also chatted with him about the challenges of collecting footage for his world tour video, the long road to completing a pro model, broken trucks and why it’s all worth it in the end.
Fantom Media is increasingly becoming a channel that reliably publishes new material. In July they gave their platform to Barbie Patin street skating in Madrid. This moody black & white clip is produced by Tierdierfilms.
Baltimore roller skater Sarah Myers turned 40. And what do you do when you approach the age of 40? You film 40 tricks in the weeks leading up to your birthday. Great idea, we figured.
If you enjoyed these roller skating edits in July, we hope August will be as skatey.
