A march in motion and that is going to start us going backwards now because we’re going to be going backwards that means that there’s going to be a lot of force sort of unbalanced pushing us sort of backwards as well so we want to stop that by bending our knees always bend
Your knees and also just kind of putting a little bit more weight okay so imagine our line is right between our legs we’re going to point our toes in a little bit I’m we’re gonna draw em out and March and just like that that automatically starts you going backwards and then you
Can really sort of like extend your legs out really get that force in and that will get you going backwards a lot faster okay here we go so a really handy little tip for going backwards and like I say just make sure that you’re bending your knees and
