What’s going on roller dad my name is ethon Shira welcome to the dangle Dojo out guys we have uh we have our podcast here uh we’re about to get that thing going so uh like for special tournaments and all the people com in from like different states they can come
In here get a session in and then talk about you know their careers um stories about the industry Europe um just everything hockey and then what’s going on in this place so yeah we set we uh specialized this little spot for that so we can get down and you know build the
Community and uh just start talking so but yeah welcome this is the lounge here uh these are all like the events that we do here here a little uh things that our buddies made madebe this little ghee for Sensei Shira all the things are going on
In the rink here so we got the monthly gym we have like the learn to play Women’s Clinic rentals and all that so yeah just a little bit of that a couple championships um this is our little station to change the wheels uh if they need any tools or anything like that
This is the station here so uh yeah and then we just opened this up here it used to be all the way back here you should just be strictly rink but uh we opened it up for the parents to have a little seating area um so this is a whole Road
Right here um one of our guys nesto hook this up man this is actually really cool how we how we made this uh we were trying to figure out how to how to build this up first it was just uh 2x4s that were our boards and uh I totally missed
That feeling cuz it’s like more like the underground filling the netting all all the way down um this this basically uniforms it like for a rink and uh for what we’ve been getting it’s good it works out it’s not so Lively on the boards but uh it looks good and it does
Its job for you know around but uh yeah he did a good job here but when he told me the idea he’s like yeah we’re going to when he just looking at it he’s like yeah we’re just going to post this up he was like just brainstorming his
Mind and then he’s like all right buy the material and I’ll put it up for you unbelievable so awesome people that been coming in the Dingle dojo and been supporting us so um yeah so what else we got here I used to have uh or I have now
Couple skates here or uh people that don’t have skates family members we’re always trying to encourage uh little brothers little sisters mom and dads to come out here and and skate with their kids it’s just like anything right like they keep on telling me like how does my
Son get better it’s like you ever play catch with your dad same thing you ever play pass with your son you know same exact thing so um one of my favorite things here is the is the free ice we get here we get free water so what do
You think I put up ice machine here so we have a free Ice uh bath and that can get pretty expensive you guys out there that are uh theyig have kits on the ice bath game you how pricey that can get so talking about my ice bath there you go
Right here got ourselves a little ice bath for the crew so we plug this in at night time and it stays cold and then uh yeah we’re always dump it out with fresh water again free water that comes with this place um coolest thing I think was
Uh the landlord hooked us up with the tenting here like letting us actually put the tents up and extend it and make like a locker room so you kind of come in here and get this fill area on the locker room type of thing and um we do a
Lot of cool events I have this covered right now just I have all my like my kitchen equipment on women’s night I’ll start I’ll make uh burgers for the girls and stuff uh we have events here so we always do like you know catering and all that for for everybody which is pretty
Cool um but yeah man this is kind of like everything in one that I love to do so like production I work in production um we have the we have the studio there for you know filming and stuff and whatnot uh big coffee guy what do you
Think I got to have my own coffee bar here right so definitely uh us up with uh any of the parents that come by and stuff you know I’ll be I’ll be teaching like mid practice and I see a parent come down here trying to like
Figure it out and I’ll like step out like get handle it step out real quick make him a quick little shot or latte but uh yeah we got uh good beans on Deck nice little coffee bar and then uh our little game room so we got a little old
School Pac-Man and uh Donkey Kong sister donated that to us and then a little palon bike so if you want to parents that say I need to work out with my kids here no excuses here right hop on the bike watch your kid play and we got it
So men’s men’s room we got the cool thing about the expansion here uh we’re able to have two bathroom F so now we have the men’s room uh obviously with the stick and we have the wom bathroom with the puck you know what I mean so yeah but uh
Now everything’s been coming along together really well so pretty stoked on uh everything everything that’s like been coming here and how we been building little by little it’s just it’s just like the the small victories we call it here um so as much as I want a
Fulls sizee rink and I want to have glass and all this this this and that for what it is every day it’s getting better better and better so like I walk in here and I appreciate like how how far we gone just like in a year so uh
It’s pretty cool we have a players here all the time working on their game and stuff we got goes right here working on their angles um we always have Shooters here so again um it’s pretty cool little community that we have here with the just having it open to the public you
Know people come in here I do drop in uh there’s nothing going on like most rings there’s a lot of dead space I charge somebody 20 bucks to come in the door they can be here for 5 hours 6 hours they’re hanging out they’re shooting on
Their thing off nice fat um hang out watch a game and it’s cool so for 20 bucks to come down here and just like especially when there’s nothing going on you’re uh more than welcome to just come in and hang out it’s like a like a men’s
Gym in a way so yeah everything’s going good man uh yeah for what we have it’s it’s pretty cool it’s a little messy at time but you know it’s me so this is uh this is what we do and trying to make it as comfortable as possible for people this is my Ring
