Um this video I am going to be showing you guys always makes me happy I have it archived one because I mean it’s just so positive two because I’ve been telling myself that I am going to buy a pair of skates y’all I’ve been telling myself I’m going
To buy myself a pair of skates and me and my daughter we are going to go to like a empty tennis court or something and practice skating because we in Georgia and if y’all know anything about these ATL skating streets you got to you you have to skate with
Black Air Force Ones on and if you are not familiar with the difference between black Air Force Ones and white Air Force Ones just type it in and YouTube will bless you with what the difference is when you wear the different color Air Force Ones
Okay you got to know how to skate skate in these ATL streets so I think I’m going just get me some skates and practice somewhere before I go inside a skating ring but this is so motivating to me for so many reasons let me play it and then I’mma come back with my [Applause] commentary I feel that energy the way you moving and groing drifting shaking sliding gliding it brings joy to watch the elevation of creation just flow so smoothly that even if you slip don’t trip just get back up and catch that Trip keep moving forward keep that momentum going keep that Rhythm flowing they see you meling and glowing and the vibe is just right you set the standard keep rolling keep strolling and make the nonbeliever seat that was just Soul passion a pure heart action you will become who you’re meant to be and

You’re just home and and you’re home and you’re home some more but it’s just something about seeing these beautiful women in their element and you know body positivity so we are all inclusive all inclusive but I do love to see you know slim women like me being represented shout out to you
Voluptuous women out there we love y’all we love y’all we do and trust me when y walk in the room people see y’all but it was nice for you know to see so many different body types they show thick women slim women it was very inclusive and once again just that freedom of
Doing something that you love something that takes your mind away from being an adult and skating really does that for you especially if you know how to skate and you’re not falling but that’s another story so I just thought that this video was so dope and so positive um I don’t
Know the sister name but the one that was doing the Poetry like her poetry was it was it was poetic okay it was poetic it was it was giving you a little piece of Ratchet a little piece of City girl with a little piece of Maya Angelo not a piece of City
Girl what a piece of Maya yes girl it was giving all of the cute things um watching you know uh women just be comfortable and who they are and most importantly the skating like if y’all ever been skating y’all know how fun it is to skate y’all know that feeling of
Just letting go letting the music take you where it needs to take you you know getting in your groove getting in your bag and doing what needs to be done so I really love this video like um I’m going to put uh I think I’m going put a link
To where you can actually watch the video like I said whenever I need a a booster a feminine boost of like okay I I’ll just watch her with her own body you know skating doing her thing and I’ll live vicariously through her um and and I’ll tell myself
That that’s me and uh doing that works you know it’s it’s psychological tricks we got to use to get us through these days and times y’all but yeah I love this video uh is there any skaters in here um anybody that uh goes to the skating ring religiously comment down

Skateboarder and he was such a good time y’all know skateboarders they’re wild they listen to a lot of different music you have a good old funky Time dating a skateboarder so if you’re a skateboarder um I’m trying to think about any of the moves that I remember that he used to do
I know there was like Ali and there’s a whole bunch of different terms but whatever it is that y’all skateboarders do if you do that comment down below if you like skiing if you like golf what is the thing that you do your hobby that just makes you feel good takes your mind
Off of being a dag on adult for a little bit cuz we need a a lot of a little of a lot of little hobbies to get us through this life um so yeah comment those things down below and if you have any positive videos please share it email it with me it
