It I can all right let’s go come on whoa oh this is going to be great w w cool all right I now have everything we will need to fix your flat tire I’m so excited so the first thing we will do is put your bike into the bike stand oh
Cool oh a bike stand wo this is what you had outside oh that’s right it must make it much easier when the bike is up high like that much much easier smart woo can I put the helmet right here you certainly can so the first thing we’re going to do
Is remove your front wheel W so you’re going to remove the front wheel and tire correct W so we will take this 15 mm box wrench and loosen the axle nuts on the wheel wow you know a lot about bikes W look at this it’s a bicycle not want to ride a
Bike like that I know now it’s a unicycle next we’re going to take a tire lever remove the tire from the wheel so you’re removing the tire from the wheel right now you got it and just like that cool can I see the wheel wo check
It it out ma wow a bike wheel with no tire yeah look a big circle yeah cool this is really cool and it’s actually kind of light Yeah okay and the next thing we’re going to do is remove that tube which is what created the flat tire wo so there’s a tube inside the tire oh can I check it out W so this has a hole in it and this is what was in inside the tire that
Makes sense w o it’s squishy yeah it is it’s like a balloon yeah cool here you go oh so as we’re now done inspecting the tire to see if there’s anything stuck inside of this that created the flat we’re now safe to put a new tube back inside okay so it’s just
The tube that had the hole Yeah so you’re going to get a brand new tube whoa yeah it looks flat yeah so that is this but brand new exactly so what we’re going to do is fill it up with a little bit of air to make it easier to install W
Cool look at it it’s getting blown up [Applause] Yeah next we will need that there wheel back here you go one wheel one wheel thank you and so we’re going to set just one side of this wheel inside of the rim itself okay and this is where I like to create a dinner plate dinner plate I love dinner me too
Whoa wow so what are you doing now I’m going to insert and reinstall a new inner tube to replace the compromised one wow and you can see once you have it set up like a dinner plate it’s easy enough to just add it back inside of the
The tire yeah fits in nice and n and now we’re going to reat the other side just like that and now we have a fully re- uh installed Tire yeah woo so last but not least we’re going to put air pressure back into the tire this
Specific tire goes up to 40 PSI or pounds per Square in can I hold the tire and wheel certainly Oma okay see if we can feel the air being pumped in there yeah oh yeah wa it is feeling like a normal bike tire now yeah it’s really filling up yeah
Wo so when doing this you always want to read the side of your tire first before you start to apply air pressure okay and that way you won’t over inflate the tire oh so it doesn’t explode makes sense that’s wow now this feels like a bike
Wheel that you could ride on yeah yeah and now it is so last but not least we going to reinstall this back onto the bicycle so that you may continue your ride yay I’m so excited to ride my bicycle again W there it goes wa new

Sorts of colors and their bright colors tell animals and people to stay away because they’re really poisonous but they’re so cute o I think there’s some more over here come on wow these have white stripes down their back they look so cool they’re poisonous because of the poison in the food that they

Those feet together nice and tight and just open up your toes like a piece of pizza pizza and then n stand up super tall yep and I like to only put two fingers on the bar so we’re not putting too much weight on it but just enough to
Stand super tall okay yeah now there are some belly moves that we need to know cuz they’re important and then there are some that are just super fun so we’re going to start with one that’s important okay always use P can you guys say PA P excellent we’re just going to bend down
But keep tall yep and then set it back up and then down and you like a real ballet dancer yes do you guys think you know what paa might mean our knees do it when we do the paa they’re bending yes that’s so good paa means to
Bend makes sense we kind of look like frogs though like we’re about to jump in the air exactly that’s W really yep we’re going to take that paa and we’re going to jump straight up into the sky wow and land back in that first position
And that move is called so can you guys say so perfect so means to jump you got it you guys are so smart good okay another important one now so that one was super fun another important one is POS POS you’re going to slide that toe up to your knee finding
Your balance keep that knee push pushed back stand super tall and you’re going to stand a lower right back down so it’s kind of like an elevator ride your toe takes up the leg is going for a ride and then back down to First Position okay
Excellent you guys are pro so good wow that is really fun one more at the bar okay also super important okay tand do tand yep it’s kind of like what you did next door and it’s the first thing I do in the morning it means to stretch I
Love stretching and it’s for our legs and our ankles so you’re going to stay in that first position you’re going to do your best to slide that toe forward keep your toe on the floor and then slide it back perfect and then use the other leg slide it forward as far as
You can and stretch and then bring it back to First oh it feels good yeah it time T excellent so that’s to the front you can also go side and to the other side and you can also go back and then you can connect all those
Tand and make kind of like a circle around yourself this is fun yeah it kind of feels like skating yeah woo we learned a lot of ballet already so many words huh now we’re going if you can help me move this bar I’m going to teach

To be a shuffle oo can we say Shuffle step Shuffle step how many sounds you think a shuffle step is Shuffle step three three sounds you got it we’re going to start kind of like a flamingo bird oh find that balance and we sweep the floor sweep the floor perfect now
