Bone but this isn’t a bone it’s a fossil hello yeah well a fossil might look like a bone but what happens is a bone falls on the ground and then dirt and mud covers it up then that bone decomposes it goes away but there’s still that space where the bone was and sediment
And different material fills it up and turns into a rock and then a really long time in the future we find it just like this and that’s a fossil that scientists can use to learn about dinosaurs W check this one out this is a really small fossil huh H this doesn’t

Actually used to Peck at leaves and pull them off the trees wo that is amazing huh did it just eat leaves or other things too uh no this was an herbivore which means it only eats plants wa yeah some dinosaurs were herbivores that means they like to eat
Lots of plants but others were carnivores they like to eat meat and some were omnivores yeah that means they eat meat and vegetables and leaves and plants wao oh but this tooth looks like lots of teeth is this just one tooth this is just one tooth it looks like that
Because uh this Edmontosaurus used to grind up its food to make it easier to eat waa that’s awesome hey that kind of reminds me of a cow wa that’s a pretty cool Edmontosaurus W and check it out its legs are so big look looks like it’s really good at
Walking yeah it is actually it used to walk on all fours but if it needed to get higher uh like to get trees leaves off of the trees uh it would stand up on two legs to get more height wow you hear that it can stand up just like you and

Your elbow all these things will protect you in case you fall down yeah oo and these kind of look like elbow pads but they’re bigger these are actually for your knees so then your knees are nice and protected W wo and last but not least helmets yeah

A well good thing we are at spoke Bicycle Cafe in Los Angeles California it’s a cafe and a bike shop I thought someone inside could help you wo really yeah wo let’s go yeah let’s find out come on W W so you said this place has snacks
And bikes yeah it’s a cafe and a bike shop whoa hey who are you well hi there my name is Dane hi I’m M and I’m blippy nice to meet you what do you do here I’m the head bicycle mechanic so you fix bikes I do wow
You’re the person we need flippy has a flat tire oh no well if you follow me we’ll get you ready to roll really you can fix it I can all right let’s go yeah come on W W this is going to be great w w cool all right I now have everything we
Will need to fix your flat tire yay excited so the first thing we will do is put your bike into the bike stand oh cool oh a bike stand wo this is what you had outside oh that’s right it must make it much easier when the bike is up high
Like that much much easier smart woo can I put the helmet right here you certainly can so the first thing we’re going to do is remove your front wheel W so you’re going to remove the front wheel and tire correct W so we will take this 15 mm box
Wrench and loosen the axle nuts on the wheel wow you know a lot about bikes W look at this it’s a bicycle not want to ride a bike like that I know now it’s a unicycle next we’re going to take a tire lever to remove the tire from the wheel
Huh so you’re removing the tire from the wheel right now you got it and just like that cool cool can I see the wheel wo check it out ma wow a bike wheel with no tire yeah look a big circle yeah cool this is really cool and it’s actually kind of light Yeah okay and the next thing we’re going to do is remove that tube which is what created the flat tire wo so there’s a tube inside the tire oh can I check it out wo so this has a hole in it and this is what was inside the tire that makes
Sense w o it’s squishy yeah it is it’s like a balloon yeah cool here you go oh so as we’re now done inspecting the tire to see if there’s anything stuck inside of this that created the the flat we’re now safe to put a new tube back inside okay so it’s
Just the tube that had the hole Yeah so you’re going to get a brand new tube wao yeah it looks flat yeah a that is this but brand new exactly so what we’re going to do is fill it up with a little bit of air to make it easier to install oh W
Cool look at it getting blown up [Applause] Yeah next we will need that there wheel back here you go one wheel one wheel thank you and so we’re going to set just one side of this wheel inside of the rim itself okay and this is where I like to create a dinner plate dinner plate I love dinner me too wo
Wow so what are you doing now I’m going to insert and reinstall a new inner tube to replace the compromised one wow and you can see once you have it set up like a dinner plate it’s easy enough to just add it back inside of the the tire yeah
Fits in nice and nut and now we’re going to reseat the other side just like that and now we have a fully re uh installed Tire yeah yeah woo so last but not least we’re going to put air pressure back into the tire this specific tire goes up to 40 PSI or
Pounds per square in can I hold the tire and wheel certainly om okay see we can feel the air being pumped in there yeah oh yeah wa it is feeling like a normal bike tire now yeah it’s really filling up yeah wo and so when doing this you always
Want to read the side of your tire first before you start to apply air pressure okay and that way you won’t over inflate the tire oh so it doesn’t explode makes sense that’s right wow now this feels like a bike wheel that you could ride on
Yeah yeah and now it is so last but not least we are going to reinstall this back onto the bicycle so that you may continue your ride yay I’m so EXC deed to ride my bicycle again wo there it goes wa new yay wo you are such a good mechanic Dane
