But they must have came to the wedding because they knew ex what the you know and then they put a a little prayer up in the corner Mark uh 10 n that’s so nice they got us put MC’s on my jacket so you know it’s me they
Put a mister there and a mes a mes is over here over here is mes right there here and they even in my hat because they knew I wasn’t wearing it so they put the Hat on the wall and they called the first first dance I don’t know who

But so so you are actor starting in Philadelphia self-trained you went to high school college where’ you get this acting from you just woke up one day and said oh I can do this yeah classes you know I um so oh there we go nice so up
Close personal uh so I started in church I started I I did a play in church uh and I actually got cast for the lead role I’m just like the Christian Rend edition of little Shore you guys remember that that movie I love that
Movie yeah yeah yeah so I uh I got cast for Seymour and uh Just Energy yeah Seymour so uh so just the energy and just the love that I received um just really opened up doors for acting and I said you know this is what I want to do
Well you must be a pretty good actor because SEO was a nerd right so you played the nerd the nerd and were you in the musical version so you sang as well absolutely all right okay all right so what what what stuff you got coming up
Um so we’re actually going to be gearing up to shoot a Wesley Christmas vacation so we’ve already done a Wesley Christmas shout out to Dorian Wilson and uh Jasmine Guy okay that’s where I saw that I saw the picture of the two of them and it’s called the Wesley Christmas what is
That about right uh it’s about family and and you know theb bacos that families go through and uh you know my character Chris I play like the big brother right so a lot of things go on and you know I kind of like I’m like the

Wesley Christmas that’s the first one that came out last year actually then we uh we just released a Wesley Christmas wedding uh so that came I want to say that dropped about three weeks ago and so now we’re gearing up to do a Wesley Christmas vacation now you’re from
Philly where are you right now though Atlanta Georgia okay is that home now yeah that’s home it’s a lot of film and television shot in Atlanta a lot okay I heard that you’re a a model you’re an actor you’re a writer but what is your goal if you could do anything in
The whole wide world just one thing and people will pay you for it and love you for it and know you for it oh sh Here Comes Kevin stff what what would that be to uh to produce produce and come out with my own content because you know as
An actor um a lot of actors just think about you know starring in or getting cast for projects but a lot of act don’t really think about creating themselves I mean we’re creators right and so we’ve been blessed to you know be on screen be
In front of the camera and just show our gifts but you know I I want to be behind the camera I want to be directing as well um and then you know of course showing all the things that God has blessed me with with my acting my music
All of those things kind of like a uh like like a Tyler Perry I mean let’s I love no better example than Tyler Perry there is no better example in film and television today than Tyler Perry white folks mad in Hollywood that boy built the studio better than theirs and he did

While you was in town where’ you go I did I did we we skated in Beverly Hills my wife and I and all of the events and the venue that you had placed in ter terms of your wedding was absolutely phenomenal the reception the um before
Before party we had a blast my wife and I still talking about it and so yes we got a chance to skate and it was it was a great time I I ask you to come and bless us with prayer this morning but I also had three questions for you
Actually I call it three questions for the bishop okay my first question you are such a fine example to me of what a black man should be how you stand in your integrity you stand with in your dignity and you are a man with your wife
You know when I see you as a couple I feel so I feel so happy because you are a union that should be you know um I want to ask you how important important is relationship well I think it’s intrical um in this time in which we
Live because um we at this um giveaway or throwaway type of culture and when we develop these vows that we made towards our spouses man before God I think it’s critically important to keep it and relationships are so important because the Synergy the partnership the collaboration in fact God instituted it
That we be not only spiritual but be social because you can’t have uh God as your husband and your wife I know for me I need somebody I can lay my eyes on every now and then yes and so it’s incredibly important that relationships that we enrich them that we strengthen
Them that we sacrifice for them that we serve one another um as we walk into this thing called life and um I think it’s important I love what you just said you know you you don’t have you can’t have God as your husband and your wife
Need somebody I can look at and touch and we experience God by how we live you know and it’s not just the good stuff you know God is with us in the darkest moments as well there is no space where the Holy Spirit does not reside you know
And so knowing that that gives us a certain amount of strength because we know if we up against it we can always call on it that’s right never absent he ain’t never not present and unlike the 42 people we locked out at the wedding uh always going to be there and be on

Every place I go you ain’t gonna never hurt me with it cuz I beat you to the point let know who I am you know and after I got to know you I got to realize you too spend a little time in your addiction and now you come to the other
Side can you just speak for a moment about how important it is to remember that God is there and so no matter what you’re going through you can get to the other side yeah absolutely um one of the greatest things I think that keeps me free and honest is those that forget
Where they come from are destined to return so I continue to tell my story about being strung out on drugs and forth in jail it’s a reminder that at any minute if I think that I arrive and God takes his hand off of me I can go
Back I’m one hit away from stealing your money that’s right that’s right um yeah so persons see me now as I’m pastoring churches and I’m I’m I’m doing what God calls me to do but one time I was so bad I’ll steal your money and help you look for it
Come on I know about that yeah was I was T from the floor but God he not only had me arrested but he rescued me um through some angels from the form of the PG County police lock me up lead me down that’s why that scripture says that God
Has to lay you down he lies us down in um Green Pastures sometimes we have to be made to lie down and often times people ask me Mike get my son out of jail can you pray that you get him out of jail I said baby I’m not going to
Pray that I get him out of jail I’m going pray that God’s will be done because even in prison even in my C God laid me down and spoke to me and gave me a Clear Vision of what I need to be in him and so sometimes when we try to get
Out of things premature we mess up so you have to stay in all the time God wants you to stay in whatever you’re in so that God can teach you the lesson so you won’t go back to it and so I’m grateful for every struggle every strain every stress God
Gave me the strength to come out of it took my misery turned it to Ministry gave me a word of victory that if he can do it for me he can do it for anybody and so if you even watching now if you’re addicted with drugs sex money
Power Prestige I’m telling you you can recover from anything because he did it for me and I ain’t shame to talk about it and that’s my story and I’m sticking to it I love you man I love you and he restores us you know you talk about it
In the Bible and you never I don’t think I really understood it until He restored me you because i’ heard it a million times you know I feel restored I don’t feel like the thing I was I don’t feel like what I was before I mean I feel

Fashion and um I’ve been dressing all of my life I’ve been trying I I’ve just in high school I was wearing suits and cowboy boots in the 80s wow but even when I was in my addiction right I I still dressed up even though I looked like Masashi on the outside and felt
Like Kmart on the inside I still loved fashion it was a part of who I am it’s the fabric of who I am so I just love to um put it on man and I love to put it on for me I’m I’m a man of excellence and
So everything matters and so I just love fashion always have and so so I said just three questions but was your wife with you before the addiction or during the addiction or after I met my I’ve been drug free 31 years in fact last month made 30 years I met my
Wife what I met my wife uh 23 years ago so I was about seven years clean when I met my first you need a cape because you’re a superhero first of all and that question I’m gonna ask how you found her how you won her how you kept her well uh
How I keep her I do the same things I did to get her to keep her come on somebody hold up let’s not go past that too fast you do the same thing you get to to get her you do that to keep her so many people forget that and lose their
Relationship they think I got them now I’m going to be phony me but no you got to be the person the authentic person you showed up as if you stay that you have longevity go ahead go ahead yeah so you know I use that principle still date

And better and better and then ever since I married her every single day it just gets better and better I had no idea I had no idea makes sense to treat your favor the best it wouldn’t make sense to cuss out your favor that’s right and so treat your favor the best
Man I’m telling you because without my wife I don’t know where when I met my wife I was 40 and didn’t have credit wow now my credit better than hers yes sir I am so proud of you I love you I’m G step out the way and let you
