Also you were checking them in the boards huh yeah so um you’ve transitioned though from that to also recreational roller skating um why do you think it’s become you know there’s such a resurgence of of women and just roller skating in general well let me tell you this i didn’t i
Didn’t really you know transition anything i’m a third generation roller skater and roller skating teacher and i grew up in the roller rinks which you got to know are alive and well they are an american institution that absolutely needs to be saved so what has happened since the pandemic
Is all of the loyal roller skaters that are rink skaters went outside and when they went outside and started skating outside all these people realized oh my god roller skating still exists so now they’re out buying skates and doing all their moves outside and inspiring an entire new generation of skaters
