This weekend, special Olympics. Virginia kicked off its 2023 Fall Championships in Virginia Beach and more than 1000 athletes, coaches and volunteers came together for the event. Dana Smith has a story. This is the 2023 special Olympics, Virginia Fall Championship. We have 1000 athletes and coaches throughout the Virginia Beach area at The Virginia Beach Sports Center and four other venues across the city. Athletes competed in seven different sports.
